ZR-AP2 is software specifically designed for Zaurus owners to link you to your PC for quick and accurate data transfer. The program allows you to synchronize, import, or export address files, to do lists, appointments, documents, spreadsheets, and other data files between your Zaurus and PC. You can collect data or draft documents on your Zaurus while you are away from your office; when you return to your office, you can transfer this new information to your PC in a few easy steps using ZR-AP2. Likewise, ZR-AP2 will transfer a spreadsheet or documents drafted on your office PC to your Zaurus so you can use it in a meeting or on a business trip.

How did we come up with the idea for ZR-AP2? Many of us found that we were lugging our notebook computers around so we could take notes, generate summary spreadsheets, and have access to our databases while we were away from the office. Or we were taking our "Zauri" to meetings and conferences to draft notes, spreadsheets, or enter new contact information. When we returned to our offices, short of retyping this new information, we had no way to quickly transfer it to our PCs.

Now, with ZR-AP2, you can transfer information almost effortlessly between your Zaurus and PC. Create a spreadsheet on your PC, import it to your Zaurus, and take it to the next sales meeting. Or take notes at a presentation on your Zaurus and turn them into a report by exporting them to Microsoft Word on your PC. ZR-AP2 will transfer information on new contacts that you meet while on the road to your Personal Information Management (PIM) software on your PC. And never miss an appointment again because it was entered in your PC’s PIM and not in your Zaurus; ZR-AP2 will synchronize appointment data.
