Your GAMEPack program functions much like the applications on your Zaurus. The games are operated by touching the appropriate areas on the Zaurus screen with the touch pen. ¨ Installation Requirements To install add-on software, you need the following: · An IBM compatible computer. · A cable or infrared adapter that connects your PC to the Zaurus. ¨ Memory Requirements You can install add-on software onto one of the following: · Zaurus Main Memory. About ???KB available memory is required to install the GAMEPack. · An SRAM memory card in your Zaurus. About ??? KB available memory on the SRAM card is required to install the GAMEPack. · A FlashROM memory card in your Zaurus. To determine how much available memory you have, touch MORE. If you do not have enough available memory, try deleting some large records such as Scrapbooks. If necessary, you may have to backup to your computer, delete all Zaurus data, install the software, and then restore the Zaurus data. Once installed, GAMEPack add-on software takes up about ??? KB of memory. Installing the GAMEPack You must install Zaurus add-on software programs by downloading them from your PC to your Zaurus. Step 1: Connect your PC to the Zaurus using one of the various PC-Link cables or infrared adapters. Step 2: Insert the GAMEPack 3.5" disk into your PC. Step 3: From Windows: Select Run from the File Menu and then type A:\INSTALL (use B: if you are using the B drive). From DOS: Type A: (use B: if you are using the B drive) and then press Enter. Next type INSTALL and then press Enter. Step 4: If you need to change the communication port or program destination, press S. (For example to install onto a Memory Card).
Step 5: Place your
Zaurus into PC-Link mode.
Step 6: Press Y
