The SynchroLynx manual contains basic information to help you install and start SynchroLynx in Schedule+. This manual is intended to supplement SynchroLynx's online help file.

Part I of this manual discusses general information to help you set up SynchroLynx in Schedule+. Part II discusses general information about using SynchroLynx with your Zaurus. For more detailed information on synchronizing data between Schedule+ and your Zaurus, consult the online help file.

¨ Release Notes

Any changes that were made to the SynchroLynx program immediately prior to its release are included in the "Release Notes" file. This file contains additional information on the program's functionality. You may access the "Release Notes" file either from the SynchroLynx online help file or from the SynchroLynx program group on the Windows 95 Start menu. More specific access instructions are included on page 11 of this manual.

¨ Manual Nomenclature

Throughout the manual, references are made to Zaurus and Schedule+ menu items, applications, and functions. To clarify these references, the following nomenclature is used:

• Menu Options and Buttons: Menu options and the names of on-screen buttons are printed in boldface text with an initial cap (i.e., Start and Next).
• Zaurus Functions: Your Zaurus functions are printed in boldface text with all caps (i.e.,TOOLS).
• Schedule+ and Zaurus Components: The three Schedule+ and Zaurus components (Contacts or Business, Appointments, and To Do's) are printed in italicized type with an initial cap. Please note, the SynchroLynx program name is always printed in italics.
