To access the Task Manager, click the right mouse button in the desktop area (do not click in a window on the desktop); or type Shift-Esc; or click on the Window menu and select Task Manager. Unlike the Main Toolbar which shows only certain applications, the Task Manager allows you to access all
of the RuppLynx applications. The Task Manager window contains the
following areas:

Running Tasks

This is a list of all applications that are currently running. You can do any of the following to these applications:

Bring up a running application — double click on any of these applications to close the Task Manager and switch to that application, or select the application and click on Switch Task.

Close an application — Select the application and click on Close.

Close all applications — Click on Close All.

Tasks Available

This list shows all the applications available to you.

Launch — Launches the highlighted application in the Tasks Available list.

Cascade / Tile — Cascade arranges all the open application windows in cascade format. Tile arranges all the windows in tiled format.

Arranges minimized icons on the desktop.

Done — close the Task Manager window.
