Domination is a strategy game in which the players attempt to fill the board with their game pieces while preventing their opponent from doing the same. The object of the game is to end up with more game pieces than your opponent. The game is overwon when neither player can make a move, i.e., when the board is full, or if one player has been eliminated. The player with the most game pieces on the board at the end of the game is the winner.To Begin. Game Pack 9000 includes both 1 and 2 player Domination. To play against the Wizard, choose the "One Player" option from the main menu screen. To play against a human opponent, choose the "Two Player" option. The Domination game screen will then be displayed. When playing against the Wizard (One Player), there are two skill levels to choose from, Easy and Difficult. To choose a skill level: Step 1--,Selecttouch MENU on the organizer’s application palette or keyboard. Step 2-- Selecttouch Level on the pop-up menu. Step 3-- Choose one of Tthe two level options that are will bedisplayed: . Select Easy or Difficult. on the sub-menu. In addition to the on-screen game instructions, Domination also includes a Dots feature. This will display dots indicating potential moves. If you need to familiarize yourself with Domination strategy, you may want to use this feature for the first few games. To activate Dots: Step 1--Choose One Player or Two Player Domination Step 2--SelectTouch MENU on the organizer’s application palette or keyboard. Step 3--SelectTouch Dots on the pop-up menu. Step 4--SelectTouch Dots On on the sub menu. To stop using dots, follow the same steps as above butand choose the Dots off option in Step 4 instead of Dots On One Player Game. When playing Domination against the Wizard, your game pieces are white. The Wizard will indicate when it is your turn by displayingwith the words Your Move on the screen. It will also continually update and display the score on the right hand side of the screen. The object is to convert all game pieces to white by flanking the organizer’s black game pieces between two of your own. When this occurs, all of the Wizard’s black game pieces that lie horizontally, vertically, or horizontdiagonally in a line between the piece you just placed and any other white piecesyour two game pieces will be converted from black to white. Continue placing your game pieces on the board by touching the appropriate box on the screen until the entire game grid is filled, neither player can make a legal move, or until all of one player’s pieces have been eliminated. Two Player Game. When playing Domination against a human opponent, Player One controls the white pieces, while Player Two controls the black ones. The Wizard will indicate each player’s turn to move by displaying either Player One or Player Two on the right hand side of the screen. The same game rules described above for One Player Domination apply. To Win. When neither player has a move, the player with the most game pieces on the grid is the winner. The Wizard will display the final score on the right side of the screen. A player can also win by eliminating all of the other player’s pieces from the board.
